After graduating from Campion Jesuit High School and then the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of General Studies degree, Jim became licensed as a Real Estate professional in 1964. Three years later Jim went on to become licensed as a Broker (licensed in Iowa and Illinois) and has been providing quality service to his customers and clients ever since.
In 1975 Jim studied and obtained his GRI designation and in 1976 taught the first Salesman Apprenticeship Course required for new agents in Iowa. From 1976 to 1979 Jim was listed in the Who's Who in Creative Real Estate for his vast understanding of different aspects of real estate transactions. As a member of the Freeport/Galena Board of Realtors and affiliations with the Cascade Planning and Zoning Board and the Economic Development Board, Jim brings the extertise and knowledge necessary to answer all your questions and concerns.
Jim has been married to his wife Lynne and together they have 6 children and 10 grandchildren. |
